We Are Privileged to Serve

At Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Cemetery and Crematory, earning and maintaining the trust that families place in our staff is our highest priority. Our team of dedicated, experienced and compassionate professionals consider it their greatest reward to provide comfort and peace-of-mind at the times when it is needed most.

Whether you face an immediate need, or wish to pre-plan final preparations for yourself or a loved one, we are privileged to serve you and your family.

Angela Erickson

Family Service Director

Although Angela has worked in the cemetery and funeral industry for nearly two decades, she has never had a typical day at the office. “Since every family is unique, every experience is unique,” she says. “There is an incredible diversity and richness in a profession than enables you to meaningfully honor each individual you serve.”

Having grown up in a small community in southern Nebraska, Angela attended college in Lincoln before embarking on her career. The passion she shows for her vocation, as well as a strong work ethic and a clear-eyed sense of integrity, have made her a widely respected leader in the industry.

Jamie Streiff

Cemetery and Funeral Counselor

Jamie draws upon her counseling skills, as well as her own experiences with loss, to help ease the burdens of families during difficult times. “I have always felt called to help others,” she says. “And my profession gives me the opportunity to do so in a deeply personal, but also practical, rewarding, way.”

The empathy that Jamie brings to her work, along with her pre-planning and pre-funding expertise as a licensed pre-need funeral insurance provider, allows her to support families and help eliminate unnecessary stress during the grieving process.

Willie Dove

Cemetery and Funeral Counselor

Willie graduated from Doane University with honors with a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications, as well as an MBA, but it was planning his father’s funeral that led him to his career. “Since there were no pre-arrangements, I had to make difficult decisions,” Willie says. “To this day, I hope they are the ones my dad would have wanted.”

Willie is a cemetery planner and licensed pre-need funeral insurance provider. His industry knowledge and the time and care he devotes to each person he works with, helps ensure that our client families never have to undergo the same uncertainty.

Kelli Rothfus

Cemetery and Funeral Counselor

An Iowa native, Kelli joined Forest Lawn in 2012, and is motivated by her strong sense of community service and the importance of family in her own life. “When families visit Forest Lawn, I want them to feel peace, and know that their loved ones’ wishes have been honored,” she says.

As a licensed pre-need funeral insurance provider, Kelli is proficient at helping with both immediate need and pre-planning of cemetery and funeral arrangements.

Tami Springer

Cemetery and Funeral Counselor

Tami had a long career as an account executive before moving into family service in 2010. “I was in New Orleans for work, and had the opportunity to tour Metairie Cemetery there,” she recalls. “Thinking about all those people, and the lives they touched, filled me with a new sense of purpose to honor the legacies of lives well-lived.”

As a cemetery planner and licensed pre-need funeral insurance provider, Tami’s dedication to the families she serves-and her pride in Forest Lawn-is evident in the 60 mile commute she makes daily from her home in Lincoln.

Teresa Randazzo

Cemetery and Funeral Counselor

Teresa has been with Forest Lawn for nearly ten years as a cemetery planner and a licensed pre-need funeral insurance provider. “Every day, I have the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives,” she says. “There is nothing more rewarding than that.”

Teresa’s relationship-building skills help the families she works with feel at ease, while her professionalism provides calm reassurance in stressful times.

Marvin Olson

Funeral Director

“The better a funeral director is at their job, the less they should be noticed,” says Marvin. And that’s just fine with him. “I cannot imagine a profession that is more humbling, or more gratifying, and I’m thankful every day that this is my life’s path.”

Raised near Stanton, Iowa, Marvin graduated from Commonwealth Institute of Mortuary Sciences in Houston, Texas and has worked throughout Iowa and Nebraska.

Kealy McCombs

Funeral Director

Kealy has been a funeral director in the Omaha area for four years.  She earned her mortuary science degree from KCKCC after getting a degree in psychology from UNL. “I’ve known since Junior High School this was what I was meant to do in life, and am so glad I have the opportunity to serve families at Forest Lawn,” says Kealy.

She is looking forward to working with an amazing staff that all have the same goal; to honor the families they serve by respecting their loved ones and treating them as our own.

Nicole Drumheller

Funeral Assistant

Nicole works with families to create video tributes, set up visitations and funerals and greet guests. “The ambiance and architecture at Forest Lawn are so inviting, and every member of the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and positive,” she says. “We all take great pride in serving families at one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the region.”

Nicole’s warmth and kindness shine through in the ways she focuses on the details so that families can focus on their loved ones.

Steve Brunken

With 40 years of experience in the industry, Steve is one of the most influential and well-regarded funeral professionals in the region.
