Dorothy Mae Lucas King, age 91, the daughter of Edward Wilson and Lena B. (Boatner) Wilson, was born April 7, 1930 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She passed away December 10, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dorothy was preceded in death by husband, Edmond King; mother, Lena B. Wilson; children: Edwina Maria King-McGruder and Alvin C. Lucas. She is survived by sons: Arno Lucas (Yoko), Edmond King; daughters: Brenda Lucas-Cooley and Mona Lisa King-Ward (William); 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
VISITATION 9:00 to 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICES 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
