Given the current outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the impact the virus is having on our community, employees and families, we wanted to share our commitment to serve.
Despite these uncertain times, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of excellence to families in our community. The health, wellbeing, and safety of our employees and the families we serve are of paramount concern.
We’ve always taken great pride in our clean, welcoming facilities and especially now know its importance. Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the CDC. We’ve increased our daily cleaning, understanding that regular cleaning is one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
We are following the guidelines put out by the Nebraska Funeral Directors Association and the CDC and limiting gatherings to 10 people whether it is a funeral service, visitation or making arrangements. At this time, we are discouraging hugging when expressing condolences and social distancing as well. We will continue to have our daily cleaning with a heightened emphasis and focus on sanitizing door handles, hard surfaces and throughout the Funeral Home.
We have hand sanitizers throughout our Funeral Home, are ensuring our soap dispensers are full and encouraging all our guests wash their hands as they enter and exit our building.
Our entire staff is following social distancing with clients and each other but we are still here to assist people with planning needs during this crucial and sensitive time.
We want to thank you for your time and attention to this delicate matter. If you have an unanswered question, please reach out to us. We are striving to do our best to respond quickly and appropriately, while keeping the safety and security of all top-of-mind.
Thank you for your time.
