Effective December 1, 2004, any customer requesting copies of documents from the files will be charged $10.00 per name.

This is charged against the cost of computerizing the records, computer program maintenance, establishing a web page for display of the interments, and administrative expense.

All location lookups will be considered goodwill customer service.
